Skillet Porkchops with Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
1/2 cup breadcrumbs2 T parmasean cheese4 center cut bone-in porkchops2 T vegetable oil1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup milk
Directions
Combine breadcrumbs and cheese in large plastic bag. Add chops and shake to coat.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat; cook chops until brown on both sides, approx 5 min on each side. Remove chops and reduce heat to medium-lo
Blend soup and milk in skillet. Bring to a gentle boil. Return chops to skillet and cover. Reduce heat to simmer or lower and cook chops with gravy for 1 hr.
Serve over rice.
