Donny`s Blueberry Muffins (Matt`s Healthified Version)

Ingredients
1.5 cups flour0.5tbsb baking powder1/3 cup applesauce1/2 tsp vanilla3/8 cup Splenda1/2 cup milk
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder, and splenda
In another bowl, mix egg, vanilla, applesauce, and milk
Combine the two mixtures
fold in blueberries
bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes
makes 24 `mini-muffins` of 12 regular muffins
