Take Along Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Mix together:2 bunches broccoli1 jar Hormel Real Bacon Pieces or 10 slices cooked bacon crumbled1 cup raisons1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup peanuts or cashews (nutrition count is for roasted, salted peanuts)Mix together:1 cup Hellman's Real Mayonnaise1/2 cup raw sugar2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions
Drizzle or spread dressing over vegetables - DO NOT MIX
Let stand overnight or at least 3 hours.
Mix just before serving.

Not mixing dressing and veggies ahead of time keeps veggies fresh and crisp; also, makes a nice seal on veggies so it's easy to carry to potlucks,
