Tallchief Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Jiffy baking mix1 cup milkequivilant of 3 eggs (reconstituted using 1% milk)1/2 pound sausage1/2 pound American Cheese
Directions
Mix Jiffy Mix with milk to make biscuit dough. Press into 8x8 glass dish. Bake at 450 for 10-12 min.
Remove from oven allow to cool.
Scramble and drain grease from sausage. set aside.
Mix dry eggs with 3/4 cup 1% milk to have the equivilant of 3 eggs. Pour egg mix over crust. Sprinkle sausage over crust. I liberally sprinkled Mrs. Dash Salt- Free seasoning over the top. Bake 12-15 min @ 350. Done when toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle cheese over the top and set back in the oven 1-2 min for it to be melted. Makes 6 nice sized squares.
