Salmon Cakes - Low Carb

Ingredients
7 oz canned salmon (Kirkland)2 oz softened cream cheese2 Tbs mayo2 Tbs cilantro or to taste3 Tbs chopped onionJuice from 1/2 limeZest from 1/2 lime
Directions
Mix cream cheese and mayo together. Stir into salmon and add all other ingredients except the almonds. Crush up almonds and coat patties in the almonds.
(Not watching carbs, use bread crumbs)or use your favorite nuts if you like.

Fry in a little olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

This recipe makes 4 patties, approximately 1/4 c. per patty.
