cinnamon-apples yogurt

Ingredients
8 oz. of fat-free plain yogurt8 T. of Splenda2 tsp. of cinnamon4 fresh apples, cut up/diced
Directions
Makes two servings.

Microwave or crock-pot-cook the apples, splenda and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are soft (mushy!)

Let the apples cool and add yogurt. Mix well with a spoon. Eat and enjoy. This also tastes delicious frozen. The kids love it and it is sugar-free and fat-free.
