Stuffed Bell Peppers (with rice & ground beef)

Ingredients
Green Bell Pepper - 4 large peppersBeef, Ground Chuck 80% Lean, Pan Browned, 16 ozOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedGarlic powder, .25 tspRice, Long Grain & Wild Original Recipe (Uncle Ben's), 1 cupHunts sauce tomato sauce no salt added, 15 oz can
Directions
Remove insides of each pepper and wash inside and out.
Cook peppers in boiling water 5 minutes and drain.

Brown beef in microwave.
Add onions and microwave.
Add garlic powder, rice and tomato sauce and microwave.
Stuff each pepper and place in 9x9 microwave safe pan.
Microwave on full power ~8 to 10 minutes or until filling is heated throughout.
