Ingredients
8 1/4 lb patties 1 pkg of Taco Seasoning3/4 cup water2 cup shredded lettuce2 cup shredded cheese2 diced tomato small20 Yellow Corn taco shells1 tsp of Picante SauceBrown and ground beef patties, drain fat, stir in Taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.Spoon 2 tablespoons beef mixture into each Taco shell. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, small cubed tomatoes and 1 tsp salsa.Vegetarian tacos are easy , just substitue vegetarian or fat free refried beans for ground beef.This recipe is developed to allow 2 taco's per person.
