1lb sirloin steak, cut into large chunks1 sweet onion, cut into large chunks2 green peppers, cut into large chunks6 rings canned pineapple, cut into 4ths8oz Baby Bella MushroomsLawry's Caribbean Jerk marinade
Chop all ingredients into large, bite sized pieces and place on skewers, alternating meat and veggies. Brush with marinade. Place on hot grill for about 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning several times during cooking.
