Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup red bell pepper, diceda pinch red chili pepper flakes1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp1/4 cup flour to dredge1 tomato, diced2 tbsp lemon juice2/3 cups dry white wine3 tbsp butter1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
Cook olive oil, garlic, bell peppers and chili pepper flakes on medium low for 20 minutes. Dredge the shrimp. Add shrimp and tomatoes. Cook on medium high for 3-5 minutes. Add everything else but the parsley and cook until thick. Add parsley.

Put on top of spaghetti or spaghetti squash.
