5 Sable & Rosenfield party cups - miniature tartlet shells1 tablespoon Robertson's Lemon Curd1/8 cup blueberries
Take the mini tartlets and divide lemon curd between them. You are basically filling half the tartlet with curd. A little curd goes a long way, it is very flavorful. Add three blueberries to the other side of each tartlet. This is a fabulous, eye catching dessert!
