Ingredients
Dole Pineapple Chunks Frozen, 0.5 cup Southern Home Freshly Frozen Whole Strawberries Unsweetened, .5 cup Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, 1 tbsp GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Vanilla, 29 gram(s) GNC Natural Brand Super Flax Meal, 1 tbsp Dannon Activia Light Fat Free Vanilla, 4 oz Tropicana Pure Premium with Calcium and Vitamin D, 4 tbspBanana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Southern Home Freshly Frozen Red Raspberries Unsweetened, .5 cup
Directions
Add OJ, wheat germ, flax, whey and yogurt first. Then add frozen fruit and sliced banana in blender. Blend until smooth.

Makes two 9 oz smoothies. Enjoy!
