OVEN FRIED CHICKEN W/ INSTANT MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients
2 TBS each low fat milk 2 TB Fat-free Ranch dressing8 oz chicken breasts1/3 c. instant mashed potato flakes1/2 tsp. salt½ tsp. basil½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp onion salt1/4 tsp. PepperButter Spray, fat free
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in 13x9x2 inch baking pan and put into oven just until it melts; remove.
Mix ranch dressing & milk together in a bowl. Add a dash of salt & pepper. Dip chicken into egg-milk mixture and place skin side up in baking dish.
Mix together the rest of ingredients and coat chicken with mixture. Put in 8 X 8 “ baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Spray chicken pieces with Butter spray. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until tender.
