Low Fat Red Pepper & Spinach Hummus

Ingredients
1 15oz can Chick Peas /Garbanzo Beans Drained & Rinsed1/4 cup Sweet Red Peppers Chopped1/4 cup Fat Free Mayo1/4 cup 2% Cottage Cheese2 small cloves garlic4 oz. Fresh Baby Spinach1 tbl chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Put all in Food Processor and pulse 4-5 times. Scrape down sides and blend for 15 seconds or til desired consistancy.
