Cucumber summer salad

Ingredients
2 medium Tomatoes2 medium cucumbers1/2 sweet onion or bunch of green onions1/2 C low fat sour creamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice cucumbers in bite size peices, then add chopped tomatoes and onion. mix with low fat sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. I make this and add to it through the week. The juices from the tomaotes and cucumber make this a refreshing side item. Makes 4 large servings.
