whole grain mills cornbread muffins

Ingredients
* *Flour whole wheat Bob's Red Mill organic, 2 cup (remove) * *cornmeal, stone ground, whole grain, Bob's Red Mill brand, 2 cup (remove) * *Applesauce, single serve Motts no sugar added, 2 serving (remove) * *1 Egg White, 3 serving (remove) * *Organic Rice Milk (Good Karma), 2 cup (remove) * *baking powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove) * *Morton Salt - Lite Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * *Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave), 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
just mix all ingredients together real well and spray muffin pan with non fat pam and fill about half full each this should make aprx 22 muffins bake at 425 for 25 minutes let cool 5 min and enjoy healthy good cornbread muffins
