1 Nevana pizza base (Small)1 sachet Leggos Pizza Sauce25g Perfect Italiano Light Pizza Plus cheese50g fresh mushroom, sliced1 medium red bell pepper, sliced finely2 slices Primo Honey Leg Ham1/3 cup of pineapple chunks
The serving size of this recipe is 340g.
Makes 1 mini pizza.
Cut up the bell pepper, remove the seeds and slice the pepper into small strips.
Wash the button mushrooms and slice
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C
Use the sauce sachet and spread over the pizza base.
Tear up bits of the ham and place on top of the sauce
Sprinkle a small amount of the cheese over the ham.
Combine the mushroom and capsicum and place on top of the pizza
Top with the remainder of the cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
