Flaxseed Protein Pancakes

3 T Hodgson Mill - Organic Golden Flaxseed1 large egg mixed with eggswhite to make 1/2 cup1tsp of vanilla1/4 scoop Designer Whey Protein Vanilla 100 cal1 tsp Baking Powder
Using a fork, First mix 1 large egg in a pyrex measuring glass.
Fill glass to 1/2 cup total with eggwhites. (roughly 5 T, i think). and mix well
Stir in vanilla.
Mix 3 Tablespoons of the flaxseed within the pyrex glass with a fork.
Add protein powder and mix well.
Lastly add the baking powder until most lumps are gone. Let stand for 1 min and mix one last time.
Pour into a heated skillet and cook like a redgular pancake. I like making 1 large pancake but should work to make smaller ones as well.
