Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Banana, sliced & frozen1c. Yogurt (non-fat, plain)0.5c rolled oats (old fashioned instant dry oatmeal)1c. frozen blueberries (or your choice)1c. Milk (or dairy sub)2 Tbs. Maple syrup (or sub)
Directions
Night before slice and freeze a banana. Also mix 1c yogurt with .5c rolled (or old fashioned) dry oats and keep in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, blend everything together. You'll have 2 large glasses.

Also, next time you have bananas turning brown on your counter, slice and freeze to save for this recipe.
