Pavlova Cups

Egg Whites, 8Splenda, 1.5 cupsVanilla, .5 tspWhite Vinegar, 1 tsp
Preheat oven to 300
Place eggs whites in mixer and beat until stiff peaks form, then without stopping mixing add a tbl of the Splenda at a time.
Stop mixing once Splenda has been added, fold in vanilla and vinegar.
Line baking sheet with a brown paper bag cut open (seriously) and place the mixture on it into 6-8 different piles, use the back of a spoon to make an indent in the middle of the piles.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, until they are hard and straw colored. Turn off the oven and let the cups cool in there.
When cool, add whipped cream on top and strawberries or any other kind of fruit on top!
