Banana Nut Low Carb Muffins

1 cup Low-Carb Baking Mix1/2 cup Unprocessed bran1/2 cup Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. sea salt1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce4 eggs, beaten1/3 cup club soda1/4 Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or reg milk if you prefer)1 cup bananas (can be any fruit but nutritional info may vary slightly.1/4 cup pecans (or any nut of your choice)
Combine all dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, add them to dry mix along with all other wet ingredients. Stir well, fold in bananas & pecans. Pour into muffin pan (with liners). Makes 13 if you fill them to the top, more if you fill halfway. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
