3/4 to 1 lb Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless1 egg2 tbsp Coconut Flour2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese1 tsp McCormick Original Chicken SeasoningOilSalt and Pepper (if desired)
In one bowl beat egg. In another bowl mix, Coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, and McCormick Original Chicken Seasoning. Dip each piece of chicken into egg then coat with Coconut flour mixture. Put in heated frying pan with oil. Fry for 10-20 minutes (depends on how big chicken pieces are). When finished you can eat it plain, or dip it in hot wing sauce and serve with blue cheese dressing.
