4 Medium Potatos, Sliced0.5 cup Onions, Chopped2 Garlic Clove2 tbsp. Extra Light Olive OilOne half of Jalapeno Pepper2 Green Peppers (bell peppers), Stripped0.5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free Salt, to tastePepper, black, to taste6 tbsp Daisy Fat Free Sour Cream1 lb Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey2 tsp Kikoman Light Soysauce
Prepare Peppers, onions, and potatoes cutting accordingly. Microwave Potatoes for 3-4 minutes till slightly tender. Brown meat in large frying pan with onions, garlic soy-sauce. Add Potatoes, Jalapeno pepper, olive oil and chicken broth until potatoes are cooked through. Salt and pepper to taste. Add Bell peppers and sour cream cooking for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
