Homemade Muesli

Ingredients
2/3 cup rolled barley flakes2/3 cup rye flakes2/3 cup rolled oats1/3 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)1/3 raisins (seedless)1/3 cup sunflower seedsa handful chopped walnuts (about 1/4 cup)1-2 Tablespoons whole flax
Directions
Servings: roughly 6.5 servings at 1/2 per serving

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.

Directions for consumption vary. I’ve read soaking muesli for a bit, soak overnight, mix in yogurt … the options just depend on your preference. I let it sit in milk for a little bit before I add some fresh sliced fruit and honey.
