Chicken lo mein

Ingredients
1 tsp corn starch4-6 oz chicken breast, cut into strips1c lo mein noodles, cooked and tossed with a tiny bit of sesame oil1 Tbsp canola oil, divided1c green beans, snapped into 2-inch pieces1c onion, chopped1c celery, chopped1Tbsp soy sauce1Tbsp rice vinegar or white wine1tsp hoisin saucedash of chile paste (optional)2 tsp chopped garlic, divided2 tsp chopped ginger, divided
Directions
Sauce: Add soy sauce, vinegar or wine, hoisin, chile paste and stir. Set aside.
Cook noodles, rinse in cold water, toss with sesame oil, set aside.
Put 2tsp in wok and heat on high
Add 1 tsp each garlic and ginger, cook for a moment
Add chicken, cook 2 minutes or until just firm, stirring constantly.
Remove chicken, set aside.
Let wok cool, wipe out.
Add 1 tsp of canola oil and heat wok on high.
Add vegetables, cook until they just start to look done.
Add sauce, cook for a few moments.
Add chicken, cook for a few moments.
Add noodles, cook until warm.
