I really liked that I could pop this in the crock pot in the morning and leave it be. Oh...and being able to just dump in my chicken frozen without have to defrost it first is a plus! My wife and I both thought it was tasty. Thanks for posting this recipe. - 10/24/10

This recipe is great! I also cut the recipe to 4 servings (4 oz of chicken per serving, whole onion, 1/2 c stock and 1/2 c BBQ sauce). There is plenty of juice with it, but this worked great for putting over brown rice. Thank you for sharing this recipe! - 2/23/14

I just thought this was just okay. If I make this next time, I won't add the chicken stock, it made the bbq watery. I ended up scooping out as much of the liquid I could and adding more sauce. - 1/6/14

I cut down the ingredients for four people and found that it made enough for four, but what I would use for two. My husband and I really enjoyed it! - 8/14/12
