Fruit and Oat Muesli

Ingredients
1.25 cups quick-cooking oats2/3 cup nonfat milk2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup fresh orange juice (pref Simply Orange Calcium fortified)1/4 cup honey1.5 cups grated, peeled, red-skinned apples (about 2 med)1 cup chopped raw almonds3 cups chopped fresh fruit (such as apples, pears, oranges,etc)
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes to soften oats. Whisk orange juice and honey in medium bowl. Stir in grated apples and almonds, then 3 cups chopped fruit. Stir fruit mixture into oat mixture. DO AHEAD: Can be made 8 hours aghead. Cover; chill. Spoon into bowls. Eat, enjoy, compliment the person that made the delicious meal for you. :) Serves 6 - 8
