Tay's Slow Cooker Chicken Curry (Breasts)

Ingredients
6-8 chicken breasts (2.75 lb. = 44 oz), boneless, skinless1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELLŪ HOME ORIGINALSŪ Thick 'N Chunky Medium Salsa 1 onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. curry powder 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat Sour Cream 1/2 c water2 Wyler's Chicken Bouillon cubes
Directions
Makes 7 servings at 6.4 oz each OR
makes 14 servings at 3.2 oz each when cut in half

(optional) If you'd like 14 servings instead of 7, cut the breasts in half before cooking.

PLACE water, bouillon cubes, and chicken in the crockpot. Then pour the curry powder, salsa, and onion over the chicken. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW for 5-6 hours, rearranging once during cooking time (or on HIGH 3-4 hours).

REMOVE chicken to serving platter; cover to keep warm. Add sour cream to slow cooker; stir until well blended. Serve over chicken.

NOTE: Depending on the package of chicken you buy, the portions vary. In the package I used, there were 7 breasts weighing about 6.3 oz each. So my servings are based on the above.

For fresh chicken breasts, stack the chicken in the crockpot, add 1/2 cup water or chicken broth, cover, and cook on low for 5-6 hours, rearranging once during cooking time
