Smoked Salmon and Pasta

Ingredients
To Serve42 100g Pasta250g Smoked Salmon (the flat packets - Flaked)Boiling water (enough to cover Pasta)Pan big enough to take pastaHeatproof Plate which will sit on top of PanKitchen Foil
Directions
Boil water in kettle, pour into Pan, put Pasta in it and bring to the boil.
Spread Smoked over plate and cover with Kitchen Foil, wrapping under plate.
Put plate on top of Pan, turn pan down and simmer for 10 mins.
Lift plate off being careful as it will be hot.
Drain pasta and share between plates, put salmon on top and enjoy.
If you want this as a main meal, double the recipie.
