Mom's Chick peas, rice and Peppers

Ingredients
1 can of Chick Peas (garbanzo)1 cup dry rice1 Green Pepper1 cup water2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cut up the peppers and add to frying pan with the olive oil. Then once the peppers are starting to get soft add the chick peas, rice and water. Place a lid over the pan and cook until rice is soft.


This makes 4 one cup servings.
