Ingredients
*Kangaroo Pita Pocket Bread(1/2 pita), 2 serving Hormel Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni, .25 servingMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Mushrooms, fresh, 1 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slice, thin/smallPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .2 cup Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.50 tsp
Directions
Heat oven to 400, place whole pita on a baking sheet, coat top side with olive oil, sprinkle with italian seasoning and garlic powder, top with tomato, mushroom, bell pepper, cheese and pepperoni. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
