Curried Dill Veggie Spread

Ingredients
1/2 c hot pickled cauliflower, chopped fine1/2 c dilled brussels sprouts, chopped fine2 T mayonnaise1 t curry powder, or to taste
Directions
Combine ingredients and spread on red meat sandwiches. Great with steaks and roasts of beef and venison. May use any combination of pickled veggies and adjust the curry powder to your taste!
