Berry healthy Breakfast Smoothie

1/4 c. Blueberries, fresh or frozen1/4 cup fresh black or sweet cherries, pitted 1/4 cup Strawberries, fresh or frozen1/4 cup Pineapple, fresh or frozen6 0z Stoneyfield organic plain nonfat yogurt1 TB ground flaxseed1 TB. Wheat bra1/2 cup flavored bottle water--(I use Propel) 3-5 ice cubes (IF not using frozen fruit)
Blend all ingredients in a blender (OR Smoothie -type blender) blender and enjoy.
IF you prefer it to be sweeter, add a little Splenda.
Note: I prefer to use fresh fruit, but I freeze it to get a nice frozen smoothie. But you can use fresh or frozen in this recipe
