* *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove) * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove) * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .5 cup (remove)Use oil to coat pan, preheat oven to 450.Whisk these top ingredients together until smooth, pour in pan, bake 13 min, w/out opening door. Lower over to 350 for another 15mintues.While the popover is baking, peel, core and slice apples. Add remaining ingredients to pan over med heat, and cook until tender.When popover is removed from oven, top with warm apples and serve immediately. No syrup is necessary. * *Apple - Granny Smith, small, 6 serving (remove) * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
