Ground Turkey and Hominy Skillet

Ingredients
1.5 pounds lean ground turkey.50 cup chopped onion2 stalks celery, thinly sliced1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies1 can Campbell's Healthy Request tomato soup.5 teaspoon cuminone 30 ounce can Hominy, drained1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese
Directions
In a nice deep skillet, brown the turkey with the onion and celery.
Add the diced tomatos, soup and cumin.
Stir in the hominy. Let simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top and allow to melt. Serve and enjoy!
