Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
* Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove) * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp (remove) * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Lightly oil baking sheet
Preheat oven to 375
In bowl, mash beans w/ fork
Add pepper, onion, garlic, and stir
In separate bowl, stir together egg, chili powder, cumin, and hot sauce
Stir this mixture into the beans
Add bread crumbs
Divide into 5 servinces and chill for 1 hr.
Place patties on baking sheet
Bake about 10 mins
