1Tbsp gram masala spice1 Tsp turmeric1 Tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp garlic salt1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ceyenne pepper3 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega Oil1 small onion8 baby carrots1 can sweet peas1 can garbonzo bean (chick peas)1 can petite diced tomtoes1 can Taste of Thai coconut milk
Cook all spices in oil over medium heat
Slice onion and dice carrots and saute
Add the canned veggies and coconut milk
Allow to simmer for 15 minutes until reduced by half
