Ranch Salad Dressing made with coconut oil (1 oz servings=about 2T)

Ingredients
1 Egg2 T. cider vinegar (can use balsamic or Bragg's)1/3 cup coconut oil1/2 (4 oz) cup buttermilk2-3 T. or Fage 0%One packet of organic Ranch Dressing seasoning packet2 packets of Truvia2 tsp. Agave Nectar
Directions
Add the first 5 ingredients to your blender. Then very slowly dribble into the blender the oil mixture (coconut oil should be melted and then cooled). If the oil is added to fast , or it is too hot, mixture will curdle.

Then add the rest of the ingredients to the mayonnaise you just made to make a thick and creamy Ranch dressing. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate. It will thicken as it cools. You can add more buttermilk if you want a thinner dressing.
