Ingredients
cracked wheat, 1 cup Kraft Llight Caeser, 8 tbsp Lentils, .5 cup Beans, great northern, 1 cup Barley, pearled, cooked, 1 cup basmati rice, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 25 grams Beans, black, .5 cup Curry powder, 2 tsp
Directions
soak beans and lentile over night
boil beans and lentile until tender
cook rice crarced wheat, and barlet (separately)
finely chop onions and garlic
mix tpgrther with dressing and curry powder

makes 10 1/2 cup servings
