High Fiber Bran Muffin

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup unprocessed millersnatural bran2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon ground clove1/2 cup raisins2 large eggs 1 cup low fat buttermilk1/3 cup oil1/2 cup honey2 large very ripe bananas1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tins with Pam.
Mash bananas. Mix all dry ingredients together including the raisins in a large mixing bowl.
Blend eggs, bananas and vanilla in another bowl. Then add to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and then fill muffin tins.
Bake 15 minutes or until browned. These freeze well.
Makes 12 muffins.
