Chinese BBQ Pork

Ingredients
2 Cups Chopped Onions2-3 Pound Pork Roast1 teaspoon each Salt and Pepper1 Cup Hoisin Sauce1/4 Cup Chili Sauce or Tomato Sauce2 Tablespoons Honey1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger or more to taste1 Teaspon Mince Garlic or more to taste
Directions
Place choppined onions in the bottom of slow-cooker.
Place pork roast on top of onions, fat side up.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper

In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over top of pork.

Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on low.
Skim fat off the top and serve sliced with juices over brown rice.
