sauteed mushrooms

Ingredients
quarter to half cup dry white wine1/2 to full box sliced or whole mushrooms1/4 cup country crock
Directions
melt some of the spread and pour in some of the wine, add sliced mushrooms in a single layer. sautee on medium for five minutes before turning each mushroom slice over. Then cook for another five to a nice gentle brown. You may need to push these to one side when they are done to prepare more. they go very fast and one frying pan full barely feeds two at my house.
