shrimp pasta stir fry

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, grated 1 cup chopped broccoli2tsp sesame oil 1 med red pepper, sliced35 med.shrimp raw 2 scallions( green onion)1 med onion 1/3 cup fennel (anise)2 stalks celery 1 cup low sodium chicken 1sm carrot stock2 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce1/4 pkg primo grain wise pasta, cooked aldente
Directions
Heat oil in wok, grate in garlic. Add shrimp and cook til just pink. Remove from pan.Aadd onion, celery, carrot, fennel and 1/4 cup of broth. Stir fry til tender. Add broccoli, peppers, white part of scallions. Cook 1 minute to soften. Add hoisin sauce and soy sauce to remaining stock. Add to vegetables. add back in shrimp and cooked pasta. Heat through and top with remaining scallion to serve.
