hamburger potato caserole

Ingredients
16 oz. ground venison1 small potato, thinly sliced1 can cream of chicken soup2 tbsp fat free sour cream1.5 tsp bacos1 tsp mrs dash original blend1 tsp onion powder1/4 cup shredded cheese
Directions
brown meat in skillet and drain. In large bowl combine meat, soup, a little less than 1 can of water, bacos, sour cream, mrs dash, onion powder. Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with the thinly sliced potatoes, pour in half of meat mixture, put on another layer of potatoes, and top with remaining meat mix. Bake in 350 degrees for about 1 hour, top with cheese. Makes about 8 1cup servings.
