* Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 cup * Zucchini, baby, 2 large * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded * Basil, 2 leaves * Cream Cheese, 60 grams * Pepper, black, 1 dash * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cherry * Olive Oil, 2 1tsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp# Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
into a salad bowl putt boiled potato cutted in cubes and boiled zucchini cutted in cubes. add lattuce cherry tomato cutted in half and rosted green peppers without skin . in a little bowl pour cream cheese, olive oil, basil chopped, oregano, pepper and grated onion, mix it well until became smooth. puor the dressing on top of sald and mix well.
this recipe can became more light with ricotta or light cream cheese i love it specially in summer
