No Knead Bread

Ingredients
3 cups 100% whole wheat flour1/4 tsp active dry yeast1 1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 cups of water
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees with a pot (with lid) inside big enough to hold one loaf of bread
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour water in previous mixture until all combined.
Cover bowl with a kitchen towel and let rise 12 to 18 hrs (I let it rise in oven because is free of drafts).
Flour counter and pour dough sprinkle flour and pat gently (the dough will be very sticky) fold in 4 left to the right, right to the left, top to the bottom and bottom to the top.
Place loaf inside pot.
Let bake for 20m covered and 20m uncovered.
It will be done when you knock on the bottom of the loaf and sounds hollow.
Remove from oven let cool for awhile, until is ready for you to spread some butter and delight your taste buds.
