Oatmeal cookies with Splenda

*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2 cup (remove)Baking Powder, .5 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)*Imperial Stick Margarine, 16 tbsp (remove)*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 48 tsp (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.55 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Mix together sugar and eggs, add dry ingredients and melted shortening. Mix until well blended. Stir in dried fruit. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 9 minutes.
