Bowtie Pasta with Chicken & Zucchini

8 oz bowtie pasta or penne pasta, cooked & drained2-3 zucchini squash (or mix with yellow squash)1 lb cooked, cubed chicken breast (i use rotisserie chicken1/2 C Red (any color) bell peper1/2 C sweet onion, chopped1/4 C Fresh Parmesan Cheese (use less or more1/2 C cherry tomatoes sliced in half1/4 C olive oil (use as much or little as you like)1 tsp basil1/2 tsp garlic salt
Cook pasta, drain and set aside in large pot. In skillet saute chicken breast cut into small bite size pieces (or skip this step if using left over chicken, or precooked chicken). Saute zucchini, red pepper & onion in small amount of olive oil with garlic salt & basil until tender and then add to the pasta. Add approx 1/4 C olive oil (more or less to taste), 1/4 C fresh Parmesan cheese and 1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes sliced. Toss together and serve hot with a nice salad.
