White Bean Hummis

Ingredients
1 can of Cannelini Beans1/4 c. fresh parsley leaves1 tbsp Lemon juice2 Tbsp olive oil1 garlic clove, choppedcayenne pepper ( dash or as much as you like)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put garlic in food processor, chop for a few seconds. Add everything else but the parsley, process for about 2 minutes or until desired consistency, then add parsley. Process until thoroughly chopped and mix. Serve with Cucumbers, carrots, other fresh veggie.
