Mustard Dill sauce

Ingredients
1 TBSP Dijon mustard1 TBSP lemon juice1 Tsp honey2 cloves garlic, pressed1/4 Cup vegetable stock1 Tsp chopped fresh dillsalt and pepper to tastepepper
Directions
1. Press garlic
2. Heat garlic in a pan for about 30 seconds or until warm
3. Add remaining ingredients except the dill
4. Allow to cook on higher heat to reduce slightly and just before serving add the fresh dill.
5. Pour over fish and serve
